Sometimes life feels heavier than it should.
You may be struggling with anxiety, stress or overwhelm. You may be going through a difficult change, carrying something from the past, or simply feeling stuck without really knowing why.
I’m Claire, an accredited EFT Tapping practitioner, and I offer gentle, personalised online support to help you explore what’s beneath those feelings and begin to find your way back to a greater sense of balance.
Perhaps you can explain exactly what’s troubling you. Or perhaps all you know is that you don’t quite feel like yourself.
You might be worrying constantly, feeling overwhelmed by things you once managed easily, struggling with confidence, navigating a change in your family or relationships, or finding that old feelings and patterns keep resurfacing.
Sometimes we understand logically why we feel the way we do — but knowing doesn’t necessarily make the feeling disappear.
That’s where EFT Tapping can offer a different approach.
Unlock the full potential of your wellbeing with Calmind, where care meets understanding. When everything appears fine but something feels off, it’s often a sign to pause and look deeper. Our personalized therapy helps you find clarity, restore balance, and move through life with greater ease.
Together, we create a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what may be sitting underneath the surface, and use tapping to gently work with the emotions and responses that are affecting you.
There is no judgement, no expectation that you should be feeling differently, and no need to arrive with all the answers.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is commonly known simply as Tapping.
It combines talking about what you are experiencing with gently tapping on specific acupressure points on the face and upper body.
For many people, one of the attractions of tapping is its simplicity. You don’t need any equipment, you remain fully involved in the process, and once you have learnt the basic technique it is something you can continue to use yourself whenever life feels a little too much.
Every person who comes to me has their own story. EFT can be adapted to you, your experiences and what you would like to change.
I’m an accredited EFT practitioner, a mum of three, a recovered perfectionist and someone who knows from personal experience that understanding our emotions and actually changing how they make us feel can be two very different things.
Before finding this path, I trained and worked as an accountant. It was a sensible career — but I eventually had to admit that I was always much more interested in people than balance sheets!
Life has taken me through raising three children, living and working in different countries, the pressures and joys of family life, and all the changes that come as children grow up and begin creating lives of their own.
Along the way, EFT became something I used in my own life as well as something I wanted to understand more deeply.
Today, I bring together professional training with warmth, curiosity and genuine empathy for the person sitting opposite me.
You don’t need to impress me, have the “right” answers or pretend everything is fine.
You can simply come as you are.
For years, so much of life can revolve around being Mum.
School runs. Meals. Problems. Celebrations. Worrying. Organising. Being needed — often several times before breakfast.
Then, gradually or sometimes seemingly overnight, things change.
Children become teenagers, leave for university, move away or simply begin building lives that don’t need us in quite the same way.
Everyone talks about the freedom this brings. But they don’t always talk about the sense of loss, uncertainty or even grief that can come with it.
As a mum of three going through this stage of life myself, it is an area particularly close to my heart.
Tapping can provide space to acknowledge those complicated feelings while beginning to explore something equally important:
Who are you when your life no longer revolves quite so completely around everyone else?
I don’t believe wellbeing is one-size-fits-all.
My work centres around EFT Tapping, supported by my counselling training and a broader interest in holistic wellbeing.
Where appropriate, I may also discuss Australian Bush Flower Essences as a complementary part of your wellbeing routine.
I am an Advanced Practitioner in Australian Bush Flower Essences and can offer guidance on personalised combinations based on what you are experiencing emotionally.
They are never a replacement for appropriate medical or psychological care, but for people drawn to a more holistic approach, they can provide another gentle element within their personal well being routine.
All sessions are available online, which means we can work together wherever you live.
That’s completely okay.
You don’t need to know which experience caused which feeling. You don’t need to know whether what you’re dealing with is “important enough”. And you certainly don’t need to arrive with a perfectly organised explanation of your life.
Sometimes the starting point is simply:
“I don’t want to keep feeling like this.”
We can begin there.
You don’t have to decide today exactly what you need or how many sessions you might want.
Our first conversation is simply an opportunity to talk about what’s happening in your life, what you would like to feel differently, and whether EFT — and working with me — feels like the right fit.
Wherever you are starting from, you are very welcome.
